Store Manager | |
Full Time Position
The Assistant Store Manager assumes the primary customer service role in the
absence of the store Manager. The primary responsibilities for this position
are assisting in the planning, control and execution of all aspects of the
Lindberg Nutrition retail store involving personnel management, inventory
management, merchandising display, store appearance and maintenance.
Provides excellent customer service regarding returned merchandise and
complaints; maintains efficiently all store operations such as facility
management, housekeeping, opening and closing procedures, back stock
organization, banking and security. Ensures compliance of all visual
standards including signage, pricing and displays, return
authorizations/damages and price change activity. Recruits, trains, develops
and communicates with all staff, as well as assesses performance on a
regular basis. Strives to achieve above average performance in customer
service.
Required Qualifications:
-
Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment
-
Knowledge of nutrition: vitamins and supplements desired

Ability to lead a team in providing a high level of customer service

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
-
Must pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test

If you do not have retail or nutrition sales experience – no worries! You will be trained by our management and sales staff team in a continuous educational setting. If you have a genuine interest in this field, you will learn it quickly. You will be trained on the use of cutting edge nutritional products and how they can be used with a proper diet to achieve optimum fitness. You will reap the personal satisfaction of playing an integral part in helping others become more healthy and fit.

Primary duties include processing all cash receipts and daily sales of Lindberg Nutrition. Includes Customer Service and Product Merchandising & Stocking as needed. Other miscellaneous tasks and special projects may be assigned.
