Its effective. My immediate needs were met.

I tried the combo, creatine & arginine combo I think it is. The dose of creatine is about 2 1/2 percent, on this product its 5% which according to the internet is daily requirement. No actually it said the body produces 2 1/2 percent daily naturally. Anyways I noticed an uptick in my workout. My expectations were not in alignment with what creatine is capable of delivering. I expected a little more overall recovery & didn't get that. I increased in weight but after a couple weeks decided to lower the weight & do more reps because of the overall recovery or the feeling of not feeling 100% as they say. I thought I would feel strong after pushing a little more but dealt like it's better to be smart & not get injured. It was experimental, my first time, now I know.
