Whey Protein WheyFit (Double Strawberry Detonation), 5 lb (2.268 kg) Bottle

This is a creamy strawerry-flavored shake mix. I find it to be a creamier mouth-feel than the Wild Strawberry. This one doesn't have as strong a strawberry flavor as the Wild. This is an excellent choice for obtaining the nutrients needed to replenish muscles that have had a work-out. There is not any "Burp Factor" with this shake mix, as other brands will remind you for the next several hours that you have a relatively empty stomach! This brand hits all the requirements for a nutritious shake and I will continue to use it to the betterment of my health, before and after my work-outs.
